Dr. P Jyothi is a Professor at Hyderabad Central University, Telangana. She has completed her Master’s and Doctorate in Psychology from Osmania University and Post- Doctoral Research at the Department of Management Studies, IIT, Madras. She has over 30 years of teaching experience, is also a passionate researcher, and has more than 30 publications in national and international journals. She has authored an HRM textbook published by Oxford University Press, followed by several universities in India. She is also actively involved in academic projects in the formal and informal sectors. She is a good counselor, mentor, and guide for the students.
