Dr. Fraser, a triple F.I.U. Graduate serves as the Public Policy and Administration Assistant Chair. Her involvement as Global Learning and COIL distinguished faculty, the Frost Museum at F.I.U., and the Maurice Ferré Institute for Civic Leadership advance F.I.U.’s strategic vision. Dr. Fraser is the incoming president of the American Society for Public Administration South Florida chapter.
