Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation aims to integrate the wisdom drawn from different faith traditions into leadership styles to bring corporate prosperity and harmony in the society. It aims to promote harmony and understanding amongst world religion for the good of human beings, planet and nature. The edifice of the Foundation is rooted in different faith traditions and the purpose is to highlight the commonalities amongst different faith traditions for the inner development of self, thought process and behavior.

In the recent times, there is a need to promote potential leadership and harmony to develop winning minds through a powerful strategy in order to gain a purpose driven and principled managerial practice in the organisations. Modern organizations, what I have perceived in the last 30 years, failed to recognize the real aspirations of an individual and society at large. Thus, spiritual wisdom is the power of propulsion that can lead towards a holistic development to nullify all the evils, and ultimately will help an organization to acknowledge the welfare and good of all human beings.”
